Molecular precision sculpting of gum arabic involves high energy mechanical forces to reduce the particle size there by resulting in the formation of flexible ultrafine sphere with un- paralleled structural integrity. The flexible nano spheres are then integrated into conventional liposomes containing the bioactive compounds. The integration of this advanced colloidal spheres within the liposomal matrix enhances the mechanical stability of the liposomes, there by inhibiting collapse of liposomes upon water removal and in turn resulting in a stable liposomal powder upon temperature-controlled spray drying.
